Perimenopause Support That Sees the Whole You

For fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, overwhelm and hormonal change

Perimenopause can bring changes that affect far more than your menstrual cycle.

You may find yourself feeling exhausted, anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or simply, different. Symptoms often appear gradually, making it difficult to recognize that hormonal changes may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.

Perimenopause - The medical definition

Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause, during which ovarian hormone production becomes less predictable. But why do doctors connect so many symptoms to perimenopause?

Not because estrogen simply declines.

The key issue is that hormones become erratic and fluctuating.

A woman may have:

  • normal estrogen one month
  • high estrogen the next
  • lower estrogen the next

These fluctuations themselves can affect many systems. Hormone receptors exist throughout the body, including the brain, nervous system, cardiovascular system, bones, bladder, skin, and reproductive system.

Which is why symptoms can seem unrelated, but occur together.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"I highly recommend Karina at Dynamic Homeopathy. After struggling with perimenopause symptoms like constant fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, low energy, and poor stress resilience — plus a bad reaction to HRT — I skeptically booked her free 30-minute consultation. Karina is excellent — sincere, caring, kind, and deeply passionate about finding the best treatment for your individual needs... The remedies gently but noticeably improved my energy, focus, and joie de vivre. After four visits, I am genuinely grateful and impressed."

Common Symptoms Women Experience During Perimenopause

Why Perimenopause Can Feel So Confusing

Many women arrive at my practice wondering if they’re simply stressed, burned out, or losing their ability to cope.
The reality is that perimenopause often affects multiple systems at once. You may experience changes in sleep, mood, memory, energy, motivation, stress resilience, or emotional wellbeing long before your periods stop.
Because symptoms can appear gradually and vary from woman to woman, many women spend months—or even years—trying to understand what has changed.
You are not imagining it, and you are not alone.

A Patient's Experience with Homeopathic Care During Perimenopause

How Homeopathy May Support Women During Perimenopause

A Gentle - Individualized Approach to Care

🌸

Homeopaths do not focus on a diagnosis alone.

Instead, we consider the unique way symptoms are experienced by each individual. Two women may both be experiencing perimenopause, yet require very different support based on their physical, emotional, and mental symptoms.

🌸

Care is specific to you

We explore your symptoms in depth, focusing on your energy levels, sleep patterns, emotional wellbeing, stress and resilience, and accompanying physical symptoms.

You may feel exhausted despite sleeping, emotionally reactive when you weren’t before, overwhelmed by responsibilities once managed with ease, or disconnected from your usual sense of clarity, confidence, and joy.

🌸

You Deserve To Feel Like Yourself Again

Many women seeking support during perimenopause describe feeling disconnected from the person they used to be.

They often tell me:

“I don’t recognize myself anymore.”

The goal is not simply symptom management, but supporting greater balance and wellbeing as your body moves through this transition.

Common Homeopathic Remedies Considered During Perimenopause

What to expect from homeopathic treatment

The following remedies are commonly discussed in homeopathic care for perimenopausal concerns. However, homeopathic prescribing is individualized. The remedy that helps one person may not be appropriate for another with similar symptoms.

  • Sepia – Often considered when hormonal changes are accompanied by irritability, exhaustion, feeling overwhelmed, or a desire for solitude.
  • Lachesis – Often discussed when symptoms include hot flashes, intensity, or symptoms that worsen before menstruation.
  • Pulsatilla – May be considered when symptoms are changeable and accompanied by emotional sensitivity.
  • Natrum muriaticum – Sometimes considered when emotional symptoms, grief, or withdrawal are prominent.
  • Sulphur – Occasionally considered when heat, flushing, and sleep disturbances are significant concerns.

Why Professional Guidance Matters

While many women search for remedies for hot flashes, mood changes, sleep disturbances, or hormonal fluctuations, homeopathy is based on the whole person—not just the symptom. Two women with the same diagnosis may require different remedies depending on their unique experience. A professional consultation helps identify the remedy that best matches your physical, emotional, and mental symptoms.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I tried for five years without success. I explored every option I could – visited naturopaths and nutritionists, followed strict diets, tracked ovulation, tried different methods and timing- and still, nothing worked. I was never on contraceptives, yet I could not conceive. When I turned 35, I started to lose hope.

That’s when I reached out to Karina Budhrani. At that point, I felt like I had nothing to lose, so I followed her homeopathic remedies fully. Within just two months of starting her treatment, I conceived. I still remember that moment so clearly.”
